Customization
We love creating custom orders! Please send an email to bearpawcustomcreations@gmail.com or fill out the "contact us" form for custom orders! Include your contact information, and your idea/ request. We will get back to you ASAP.
Returns/ Refunds
Because most of our items are custom, made to order or both we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case that you have noticed a defect in your item please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Remember:
- Our sizes tend to run small so we always recommend ordering a size up.
- Custom made tie dye/ ice dye will have some variation of color and dye placement.
Processing Times
Ready to Ship Items (these listings are for the exact item pictured) will be sent out as soon as possible, usually the same to next business day. For customized items, or items that are dyed to order please allow 7-14 days for your product to be fully finished and shipped out to you. If you need your items sooner please contact me via email to ensure I can meet your deadline.
- For first time wash, wash separately from other laundry
- Turn your garment inside out
- Machine wash on cold

Do not use bleach or fabric softener
- Do not iron on any designed areas
- Hang dry OR tumble dry on low. If your tee is not preshrunk during the dying process, putting it in the dryer will cause shrinkage.

Haven’t received my second order. The first one was a medium but what I would consider a small to extra small so went with the XXL this time for a 62 pound dog and hoping it fits. They tye die job is very cute 😊

This is an excellent quality shirt and looks great on!! I also love the longer length, as many shirts end up looking like crop tops on our pup. I initially did not look at the sizing chart, my bad, but it fit my friends, pup perfectly, and I gladly bought one size up for our pup. The customer service is excellent, and the shipping is lightning fast! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend purchasing literally anything Alesha has to offer! She went above and beyond to design matching ice-dyed shirts for my new puppy and I. It’s very obvious that she takes pride in her work and is more concerned about you being 100% in love with your purchase, rather than being concerned about making a buck. You can just feel the heart and soul that goes into each piece she creates🖤 I was so pleased with the t-shirts that she made custom just for us, that I had to buy one of her beautiful tapestries, as well.
